All-on-4 and All-on-6
A whole arch of teeth — upper, lower or both — carried by four or six implants placed where the jaw still has strong bone. The implants are angled deliberately, so existing bone is used rather than rebuilt first. The teeth are fixed: screwed onto the implants, cleaned in the mouth, removable only by a clinician.
- Patients missing all, or nearly all, of the teeth in an arch
- Remaining teeth not worth saving — advanced gum disease, failed root fillings, fractured teeth
- Long-term denture wearers who cannot tolerate a removable plate
- Reduced bone volume, refused conventional implants elsewhere
Four implants or six is a clinical decision, not a package choice — it is read off your CBCT scan and the reasoning is given to you in writing before you agree to anything.
